I've got 3 pairs of Brooks Defyance 2 done, starting 4th pair, have another 3 in the closet =D

They feel pretty dead to me around 310 miles, weird because I'm only 5'9" 130lb, midfoot striker...

I've been running in a pair of Elixr' 3's and can't seem to give them up, I like the Fore Foot cushioning and believe it or not I've got 575 miles on them, I race in the Elixr 5, and love the shoe. On all of my shoes I switch out the innersoles to a sofsole custom, its been a good system for me. And gives me the support I need.

All 3 of those shoes are heavy.! The Elixr's are all under 10 oz's. I will never run in a heavy trainer again even if they wear down fast...
