Just a reminder - registration opened today. The 25th Anniversary race will take place on Sunday October 4, 2009 at 8:00am. It starts and finishes at the Pentagon with a course that takes you by the Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument and other DC landmarks. The field is limited to 30,000 runners and last year sold out in 21 days. http://armytenmiler.com/

How far is it?

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
