Reports: Time of day not working (Read 49 times)

I tried this just on a lark, so you can give it near-zero priority. My new Garmin Connect account will give a badge called "I am the night" for activities after 10:00 pm, so I ran a report to see how many times I have done that (not many, I know).

Anyway, on the Reports page, I select Last 3 Years, enter 10:00 pm in Time of day, select Run for Activity, and run it, and it returns all 1276 runs; no filtering for time of day. I tried it both with the end time blank, and with it set to 11:59 pm.
