I am having trouble getting my Garmin 305 to connect with RA.
I have windows visa, and Firefox 3.5.7
When I try to upload it says device not connected, USB drivers are installed ok, installed the
Garmin Communicator Plugin, test page works fine. Tried refreshing the page, tried other web browsers.
Tried resetting the Garmin 305, still the same.
If I go onto the RunningAhead demo page, it connects to my Garmin with no problems.
Please Help!!!

I am stumped. I don't understand why you don't have problems with the demo account but not your real account. Do you see any errors in the Error Console? You can check by going to Tools -> Error Console. It would help if you clear the dialog box first, then reload the import page.

On the demo account page, it was detecting my 305, but when i tried to upload I had the same problem.
I have tried this morning and everything works fine!
I am very happy with my new Garmin now! One of the reasons I bought it was because it works with RA.
