Can't upload any GPS info (Read 327 times)

I have the following system: Internet Explorer 8, Windows XP. I am trying to upload from my Garmin Forerunner 305. Says it’s not connected and none of the options/buttons are active even though it is connected. I imported it into the training center.

Device: Not connected

Import new workouts only

Mark workout routes as publicly viewable

Fill new workouts with info from the last saved workout

Replace GPS elevation measurements

Wait...

Status: control not installed

Start here to make sure you have the Garmin Communcator software installed and working:

http://www8.garmin.com/products/communicator/

If the underlying Garmin stuff is working (test it at Garmin's test page) then RA will read the info from the Garmin.
