Yawning (Read 384 times)

I've been having a yawning problem when I run. I can't stop yawning. Then I start thinking about it and that makes it worse. I try to distract myself with music, with no luck. I'm not tired. It makes it hard to breathe right. Plus my eyes get watery and my nose gets runny. Anybody else have this problem?
Goals: Run.

We yawn when we aren't getting enough oxygen- our bodies basically force us to take a big breath. How do you breathe when you run? Do you ever get tense and forget to breathe? I'd focus on taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, and see if that improves anything.
