Running on A RAIN COAT (Read 761 times)

Fast Ninja

I find some joggers on our place wearing rain coats while jogging / running like its been a popular odd practice.

even tho its not raining, they wear super thick plastic like they were bubble wrapped mascots running around the route

    For me as a runner,

I think thats kind of stupid!

because your brain would shut down in case your body heats up by means of sweating too much and by the process of evaporation,

you could thermoregulate and never break the cycle.

thats why i wear singlets or tshirts that made up of cotton or breathable materials for me to easy cool down.

and also according to my observation:

You cannot use a CHEAT on your body, because the subconscious mind is a very intelligent center that

when it detects a "wrong" in your body, it repairs it to be right...

    What do you think?

It makes me wonder why you posted the same post twice. I'll ask twice, therefore.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

running in shorts (or shorter than that ) is fine for me.

but im wearing cycling pants to avoid thigh friction.

"What's shorter than shorts?", I wondered, and "are they fine to run in?"

I think wearing a rain jacket as a running skirt is probably not going to work out well.
