When you are doing the run/walk thing, how many minutes do you run for and how many minutes do you walk for? Also what pace do you run at, and what pace do you walk at? Thanks in advance.

If I have to walk it will be a easy running pace ... for long runs 10 second walks. If I have to walk during intervals then my running pace is fast.... 1 min walks.
