I just got my new Nike id Flats and let me tell you im stoked. Ive been waiting for quite sometime and i get to use them Saturday at the Stratton Brooke cc Invitational so hopefully the fact that they're new wont hurt me. Actually any advice on breaking in flats would be nice because I really dont like using any thing without alot of cushion unless its a race.

doing strides in them always helps to see if they are a good fit.
