I am so glad that you like the swimming watch. I bought it last week and still am waiting for delivery. I am a data freak too and always feel the need to know how far I have swam/ran//biked! Thanks for the tip on making sure it is tight on my wrist.

I've had one of these for a few months now. The initial thrill has worn off a little now, especially as it dropped 14 laps in a 60 lap set last time out (I'll need to experiment a little more with it to see what I'm doing). I've quite a long glide after my turns (touch not flip), but find that even a small amount of hand movement will upset the count. I don't know how it would handle a dolphin kick after the turn.
I would recommend one though especially if you love your numbers. I'm certainly updating to the new version when it comes out.
