Forerunner 245 Default Watch Face: data field? (Read 41 times)

Forerunner 245 with default watch face.  There's a data field at the bottom of the screen. I haven't really given it much attention until recently. According to documentation, it is supposedly miles for the week.  It does show 'miles for current week' at times, and at other times it seems to be a random number.

Hello. You can follow these steps:

1. From the watch face, hold UP.
2. Select Watch Face.
3. Select UP or DOWN to preview the watch face options.
4. Select Add New to scroll through additional pre-loaded watch faces.
5. Select START<abbr> > </abbr>Apply to activate a pre-loaded watch face or an installed Connect IQ watch face.
6. If using a pre-loaded watch face, select START<abbr> > </abbr>Customize.
