Sorry to break the drama here. I live in Nothern California, and really should not complain about weather. Just ran in a down pour at 45 degress. There were three people on the local track, it was great. All three were pacing 7-8 minutes miles. Usually wear in the winter: Hind baselayer t Patagonia second layer Compression Shorts under running shorts Gloves liner Nike hat

Cold is relative. When I ran last night it was in the low 20's with no breeze. The past few nights had been in the single digits or below zero & windy. Last night felt like Spring. What I wore last night: compression shorts manly running tights shorts long sleeve tech shirt fleece shirt running jacket wool gloves 2004 Red Sox World Champion knit cap (favorite accessory) I was toasty. If it had been a long run I would've been overdressed

Ya New Enlgand summers are pretty humid... Even in Vermont where i spent a year. the nights cool off alot more than down here though thats the crappy part.
