Hello. I just posted a new interview on my site with Chris Derrick. He is a very good freshman distance runner for Stanford. He recently placed 15th at the Junior World CC Championships. I also interview Marius Bakken for my site. He's a Two Time Olympic Runner 5K from Norway. As an Exchange Student he ran at York H.S. in Illinois for Coach Joe Newton. Check the training he did in the peak of his career. One typical week sounds insane! Also, If you haven't seen the interview with Eric, the creator of this dominant website, it's on this link too. Take care - Coach Tief http://www.tips4running.com/Running-Interviews.html
I read them both -- nice articles......

Champions are made when no one is watching

Norwegians are great endurance athletes, for his national records to stand for a number of years says a lot. I would take his athletic skill or his brains, he sounds like quite the Renaissance man.
