Forums >General Running>Can Garmin watch populate Polar Flow's universe?
Hi - before I started leaving my Android phone at home and just running with a watch (Garmin Fenix 5S Plus), I used Polar Flow, and fell in love with its display capabilities.
Currently I leave my phone at home and run with just my watch (and Stryd's foot pod and Polar's H10 heart rate chest strap). I use Garmin's display, and Stryd's Power Center as well, and though they each have strengths, I really do miss Polar Flow's display. I got all excited recently, seeing that Stryd had added the ability to connect to Polar, but instead of doing what I hoped it would (take Garmin data/Stryd data and populate the Polar Flow display) as far as I can tell it only works the other way … taking Polar data and importing it into Stryd.
So, my request is please - does anyone know how I can populate the Polar Flow data using data collected and stored on my Garmin Fenix 5S Plus watch?
Thanks!
There's a Tapiriik clone called Exercisync: https://exercisync.com/ and it claims to support syncing between Garmin Connect and Polar Flow.
I use Exercisync to sync from Strava to Aerobia and Garmin and it's not flawless. It may skip a run sometimes or it may need a nudge to start syncing, but most of the time it's working.

Thank you, Dimitri - I will look into it.
