This is just B.S.! (Read 741 times)

    I just recently started working in an after school program. Yesturday I played 30-40 minutes of American football with them. It was great. Now I am sore as heck! I can run for 2 hours and not be sore the next day! I guess my stabilizing muscles in my legs need work Smile Must increase the cross training!

        Yeah just a small amount of perspective is needed here.

        Runners run

          yea we do get excited about silly things sometimes
            That is okay I can run 2 hours and not be the least bit sore the next day and also lift and play basketball and not be sore but let me run a fast 5K and I am as sore as the dickens. Perspective is that we all are different and we all need to complain at times when there is no one else to whine to. By the way I am sore today, sorta a pain on the neck.
