Slap me now and wake me up if I am aiming too high for a first marathon.

Jim - I know some people have requested I fill out a training log - Looks too complicated to me. I do not track any of my speeds except when I am doing speedwork. Even then often I just run 5x5 minutes hard or 20-25 minutes at T or 4x10 minutes at T or a long tempo - Its an effort thing not a time thing. The darn log seems to want me to enter my pace. I have no plans on start tracking my pace ... so, I do not think I will be filling out the training log.

I've officially sent in my registration for Boston on 4/20/09, so I guess I'll throw my hat it the ring though I think I'll probably be closer Fall 2009 since I'll be stuck in back of a lot of people in Boston. Just started my 24-week training for Boston using HADD....
