Online workout scheduler? (Read 361 times)

    Hi, I'm looking for a good online workout schedule thing. I'm training for a 5K that is in 5 and a half weeks. I tried the smartcoach thing at runnersworld.com and it was so-so. It only says to increase mileage, but not time. So the week of the race it has me running 5 miles at a 9:48 pace, which is slow. I could go run a 23-24 minute 5K without killing myself right now. Anyway, if anyone has any good suggestions I would appreciate it...thanks!
      Run slow and increase your mileage. Once you adapt to the higher mileage you will be able to increase your pace.
