De-slacking in progress
I've been waiting a few months till my most recent race to post these! My first race ever - Half Marathon in Victoria. Taken: October 2006 Weight: 174 lbs (heaviest ever was 187lbs but I don't have photo's) Finishing Time: 1:38:00 Royal Victoria Marathon Taken: October 12, 2008 Weight: 152 lbs. Finishing Time: 3:06:00
started running @ age 48 [lost 70#+, quit a 30 year pack/day habit>> ran HM] Ran a few years then quit. Gained 70#+ back and smoking like before. Time to get healthy again @ 52 years over with the C25K program and beyond again. RE-start date 1-13-14

Great job, spark! I can relate to feeling stuck, slap. I started around 210 and have now been around the low 180s for what seems like forever. Want to eventually hit 175. I bet running longer distances will help.
