The real jaw dropping thing about Geb is he runs early AM, for an hour or so, goes to work and then runs in the evening again. Sort of like regular people ..... only a little faster Wink

What? He only has my marathon time by 1 hour and 53 minutes! It's not that fast......... When you look at it that way, it makes you feel really slow.

Mind boggling. Elite marathoners seem more machine than human. I watched the elite men and women run by the six mile mark at last year's Boston Marathon, and if you blinked you missed them.
