Lovin' it! It was a bit of a pain to get on the watch. They kept referring to using my "free hand" to install it in the instructions. Well, I don't know about you but I only have 2 hands, so, I had to recruit a "free hand" from someone else. Anyway, now that it is on, it is awesome! I have a boney little wrist. I always wore a wristband to keep the darn thing from banging around and hurting my wrist. Now it's comfy! $25 wasn't cheap but at least I don't have to hunt down my wrist bands from everyone's sock drawer anymore! Great for skinny wristed Garmin using runners!

any idea if it works on the 310? I have to double up with a sweat band and/or sock cuff under my watch

Sorry idk but you should check the Garmin website. That is where I found this. It makes a huge difference. I was exactly like you!
