I am not expecting much better for next year
* Still fat
* Not running much (12 miles last week)
* have a marathon in January - No way sub 3:00
* Have a marathon in February - Hope for sub 3:00
* Monkey in November - Not likely sub 3:00.

I happened to check into this thread and saw that I was listed as AWOL. The truth is I've been dealing with various injuries since January (Achilles, IT Band, knee, hip joint). I had to abandon my plans early and rest my body. The first half of the year was minimal to no running mostly. The second half I slowly built up my mileage and worked heavily on strengthening my injuries. I never attempted a marathon during the year.
The good news is that I seem to be fully healthy now and am currently training for the Napa Valley Marathon in March. I'll add myself to the 2011 thread.
