Just ran the Footrace for the Fallen in Manchester NH. A 5k race in the memory of officers lost in the lne of duty. It's been a little over a year since my innaugral first 5k race that I finished with a 29:33. Today I finished with a 24:12. I'm happy. MTA: 901 participants. Placed 167.
