Import from Sporttracks from RA (Read 519 times)

Right now I download run data from my Garmin to SportTracks.  Then I copy and paste into my log here at RA.  I am interested in moving exclusively to RA, but I would like to migrate my older run data from SportTracks that is not in my RA log.  Anyone know a way to do this?

I created a fitlog file with everything prior to 1/1/2008, which is when I started copying my stuff into my log at RA.  I assume that data after then would cause duplication so I didn't include it.  I am OK with not having the GPS data for 2008 and 2009 in RA.  I can always view that in SportTracks if need be.

Now I just need an email address to send the fitlog file to.  I couldn't find one.

I am having the same problems with downloading from my Garmin to Running ahead....Eric, can I send you mine as well???
