Adding types of running? (Read 326 times)

    I've seen on a few peoples training logs things like "regular run" or "midweek run".  How can I add different types of runs to my work out entries?  I know there are some basic ones (fartlek, hill, interval, etc)...but I'm talking about adding to the list...

        Thanks!!  I had figured out how to change colors once but never saw the "add" button...DOH!
