Mileage Percentages and Training Plans (Read 371 times)

    One of the reasons that I like designing training plans on excel is that if I need to alter the mileage for that week its incredibly easy to do. Is there any way in the future with training plans that days could be based on a set percentage of the weekly mileage and then total mileage could be adjusted as needed?

      Thank you for the suggestion.  When I first designed the training plan editor, I considered using the spreadsheet interface.  I scratched the idea because it can't hold all the information such as workout type, notes, etc.  I would like to revisit the editor some time in the future.  If you have any suggestions on how to do it with the spreadsheet approach, please let me know.
