Omaha Half Marathon is definitely up there.  I've run it 5 times now.  It's in early summer, generally hot and humid, and about a third of the course is beach, trail, or grass.  But it's such a beautiful course and fun event that I just keep coming back.  It actually made Runners World's list of Bucket List Half Marathons, which is not bad for a race of about 2500 capacity across the various event distances.

    All About that Pace 2024

For me, because I love it and hate it, CAT 50K.  50k+ (usually more like 34 miles) up and down and up and down the Catoctin trail in Maryland.  Middle of summer, so always hot.  The RD, Kevin Sayers is outstanding.  Good volunteer support.  If you beat the 9 hour or 9 hour 15 minute cut-off you earn the incredible plastic coated "CAT" card.  I have 5 and eventually will get my sixth.
