Just ran my first marathon in 20 years. Ran 3:24. 22 minute PR!!!!
Weight - 200 lbs (currently 211)
Work on stretching and flexibility an stay healthy for Boston 2014 (have a BQ -9:00 time)
Marathon - 3:10
10k - 40:00
5k - 19:00
