Server very slow to respond when loading summary page (Read 33 times)

When I try to access summary page via windows explorer, it takes minutes for the page to load. I have  tried other browsers and have the same result. It is not a broadband bandwidth issue either. Other dat rich pages load within seconds.

What is going on?
