Rehab- Amy Winehouse (the whole disc is awesome though, not just that one song!) Idiot- Lisa marie presley It's Raining Men- The WeatherGirls also, been playing Panic! At the Disco, Fall Out Boy and Boys Like Girls a lot lately...my little sister's taste in music is finally rubbing off on me (albeit a good year and a half later! Tongue)...
Panic! At the Disco is a fantastic album to run to, almost every song is fitted for a faster pace. It helps me get through boring treadmill runs when the weather is too bad to allow for outdoor running. Top 3, well . . . let's just say it's very embarrassing and I'm a closet R&B fan. I'll let your minds wander from there.
Guns N Roses-Welcome to the Jungle Pink-You and Your Hand Buckcherry-Lit up Blush

                Pink-You and Your Hand
This is definitely one of my top fave tunes for running. My 6 year old son loves it, too...he has NO clue! Wink k

Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.

some of the ones constantly on my MP3 player are... 1. "When You're Going Through Hell" by Rodney Adkins (very appropriate for the end of a killer run) 2. "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne (great beat) 3. "Twin Cinema" by The New Pornographers (another fabulous beat) 4. "She's a Rebel" by Green Day 5. "Summer Sunshine" by The Corrs

I'm incredibly embarrassed to admit this, but "Candyman" by Christina Aguilera is working for me lately. Blush My running music is soooooo not my listening music.

My running music is soooooo not my listening music.
i hear that! i've noticed that my pace picks up when the Village People come on...along with Rick Dees' "Disco Duck". My feet must have lived a past life in the disco era. Tongue
I have C. Aguilera, "Fighter" on one of my play lists

bought rihanna's new disc today, along with gwen stefani's...i thought that i would enjoy the gs one more, but so far it's the other way around- i'm really digging the rihanna one. "umbrella" is a very catchy song and leads off the disc, and is followed by several more upbeat poppy songs. Made for a very enjoyable run tonight. Smile
Okay, not a contribution of my 3 favorite songs, but it's about music while running....I managed to leave my Ipod at my aunt's house over the weekend so my runs this week have been without it (since she lives an hour away! Due to being home with my youngest I ran on the treadmill yesterday and today and my CD's of choice were 1. Toby Keith - Greatest Hits 2. Creed - My Own Prison 3. Garth Brooks - Sevens I proved to myself that I really do prefer the mix of music from my Ipod. Sad
