To paraphrase an old poster: Today is the first day of the rest of your training. It doesn’t matter where you started or how far you’ve come. Today is the day. Your training didn’t start 6 weeks ago. Your training started the last time you hit the road. John “the Penguin” Bingham Life is not tried, it is merely survived if you're standing outside the fire

Took awhile before I came to country music. Then I saw that it really has a Celtic feel and beat and I was hooked!!
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
~ Sarah Kay
My favorite country is the stuff that is more Celtic/folksy in nature. I'm a big Dixie Chicks fan thanks to that fiddle! I really should pick up Riverdance, too...that fast stuff would be really great to run to. And that reminds me to go through all the dozens of Celtic CDs we have to find some faster stuff to run with. I have some good Ashley MacIsaac that I'll bet would yield some good runnin' tunes! k
~Sara It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great. ~ Jimmy Dugan
Celebrity Skin by Hole (but it is short - like under 3 minutes)
I've got a fever...

On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
2) "Try a little tenderness" by the Commitments. I edited it so that it was just the fast section. I may need to also speed it up a little for running, but overall it has a great feel to it.
Now that's funny. I may need to add that to my "Guilty Pleasures" list I posted earlier in the thread. I recently added these to my playlist: 1) "Think About The Way" - Ice MC (from Trainspotting #2 soundtrack). It popped up in the car in shuffle mode the other day, I thought it was a must have. 2) "Try a little tenderness" by the Commitments. I edited it so that it was just the fast section. I may need to also speed it up a little for running, but overall it has a great feel to it.
I have both volumes...
