Congrats!  And it was 56F this morning at 6:40.  That ain't natural.

I made it over to Percy Warner Park in Nashville to keep the streak going. Nice place.

                114 December miles so far.

First double of the streak today. Intervals on the TM at noon and (unplanned but welcome) regeneration with a friend in the evening.

                  Congrats, Joann.

                  From the Internet.

Have had 2 days off since Thanksgiving, but still on track for the mileage goal! Tired and in need of a bit of a cutback, which will happen next week.

                    One day at a time

Day 15 done.  2.7 miles on the treadmill.

My streak ended up saving us some money and trouble.  On my way to the treadmill yesterday, I passed our oil tank and decided to see how much we had left.  Uh, just about ZERO!  It was below empty.  It's a 250-gallon tank, and it took 244.8 gallons to fill it up.  Ack.  If I hadn't gone downstairs to run, it would have gone empty.

Looks like you are on track to win the home run derby.  Unless kilkee is sneaking up on you.
