Today, I completed my 35th day in a row --- with out missing my run one time..............I like this running every day stuff....
After reading this I went and checked mine. I've done 14 in a row so far. I hadn't really meant to but now that I think about it I just might try to get out there every day too...

See how they run...
Lots of great running here!
My victory today is I did 11.03 miles on the treadmill today. It was cold and rainy and I know I should have sucked it up and ran outside but I didn't. And the Gods were laughing at me because about 1/2 hour into the run on the treadmill it stopped raining
The longest treadmill run I've done since Spring 2008.
And because there is zero air flow at the gym I sucked down 40 oz of liquids and 1 apple jolly rancher and didn't even need to take a bathroom break.
Oh, and I was a human salt lick from all the sweating.
Consistently Slow
ran 10k pr yesterday in my 2nd career as runner, 2 days after 54th b'day.. longest "race" in over 25 yrs. 1st mile 8:30, ran last 5+ around 7:30 or so for 47:30. Not earthshattering but improving & will be faster next one! Race put me over 30 miles for week which is what have been averaging recently, so race was done with basically no taper except taking Sat. off. good test for tuture races.
WTG. There is hope for me,yet
Run until the trail runs out.
SCHEDULE 2016--
The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff
