    I took a week off from all training about 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I started back in on my weight lifting and cardio (elliptical and bike) and I have to say at this point, my body has healed well. My hips are happy now while squatting and it will be a long time before I return to running. I'm focused now on a Power Lifting meet in 10 weeks.

     

    I'm sure after the meet and assuming I am healthy to do the meet, I will return to my running program. Pray for this old man in a young man's sport.
