Tempo portion of W1D2 ILR - My goal was to do a 3 mile Tempo Run to see if I could hold an 8:00 min/mile pace for a 5k. Made it 2.5 miles and decided that was enough for today. I felt a little sluggish since the previous day we had a late lunch (Bar Food) and for dinner only had 2 glasses of wine, some bread, and calamari. My last Tempo Run was 2.0 miles at 8 min pace. Next Time I'll will eat better the night before and get more sleep and make that 3.0 mile goal.
