plan was to pace Dan, Marc, and Mary Snipes through first 12 of Country Music Half, unfortunately Dan wasn't feeling good and dropped out around mile 4 and Marc backed off soon after, Mary ran strong through mile 11 - easily under 7:20 pace, I felt good through mile 8 - after that left hamstring was a bit tight and lower legs were achy, waited for Susan at mile 12 and then ran back to Vanderbilt via Church - those last few miles were not pleasant - legs did NOT feel good, heart rate max is way off - had to adjust strap and when i put it back on i got the high reading
