Terrain: Asphalt, Concrete, Grass
Notes: There are at least 7 hills on this run, most of which come into play in the second half of this run. Most have in between levels or slight dips, giving nice breaks between exertions.
Hills:
[1] comes on Washington St
[2] Approaching the Vassar Boathouse
[3] Just after the flats along the rail yard
[4] As you get to Main St
[5] Just past Shadows
[6] Church Street up to Market
[7] The final straight up Union
There is an 8th after Grand, but we use that for a cool down period anyway. There may be minor grades in between, but these are all the major battles.
