Felt lazy to run, just wanted to get it out of the way. Went to ECP for a chane of scenery. 30mins @5:12/145, 40mins @5:04/152, 30mins @ 4:55/155, 36mins @5:06/158. Felt tired after one hour. I normally run faster during my long runs in ECP, today's might be one of the slowest long run there.
