Personal worst time since 2004. The course was on the shoulders of highway, on cambered surface, and hilly. Just didn't feel good after the first few ks. It was cool but very humid morning. Struggled to maintain the goal pace after 6k and never recovered from there. Hip was very sore and felt shin splinty. Completed the 11k in 48mins and then gave up.
