Ran to the cinder track out shaeffer run to brookdale, then 2 laps and straight home weilers. felt pretty good, didn't have a watch but using my expert internal pacing calculator to estimate that i was running right around 7:15 to 7:30 pace. felt pretty good, no real complaints.
