Lehigh Valley 1/2 marathon. Training was pretty crappy, I didn't log any of my runs. Randy and I ran our long runs together, got up to a 12 miler. Very minimal training during the weeks- maybe one or two runs. Didn't run at all for the 2 weeks up to the 1/2 as I was having some muscle/fatigue issues. Wasn't going to run but then decided to and glad I did. Felt pretty good considering, didn't really feel it until the last 3 miles. The weather was actually perfect once we started running - overcast, chilly with a light mist. Time was 1:43:48 - 1/2 split was 51:29 - just under 8 minute pace. Very sore the next few days, but well worth it.
