first summer nighttime run, not sure why we don't do this all the time. did smith, felt amazing except randy and i both ate hot peppers and a huge dinner. we felt like our esophagus' were burning and we both had to shit the entire time and could barely make it home. other than that, body felt amazing! it was beautiful outside.
