Notes
Went out for our first trail run at Bear Creek - Me, Randy, Liz and Greg. The trails are pretty serious, there were big and small rocks, and everything was covered in wet leaves, which made it harder than it probably should have been. There are some good hills(of course, we're circling a ski slope). Definitely looking forward to running there again and strengthing my trail running skills!!!
