went out for a 13.1 miler with liz & greg. randy and i felt ok in the beginning, then really crappy at the end. stopped after 12.1 to walk the last mile. ran into the guy who lives in the nice stone house on breinigsville rd, he asked if we wanted some gatoraid - very nice, used to be a runner - offered up his fridge any time.
