COMMENTS: Philly Marathon. Finished- felt absolutely horrible from 15 on. Not a good run, up to Manayunk turnaround at mile 18- I didn't think I would finish. Randy and I pulled it out somehow and ended up with 4:02. Mile 10-1:30, Half 1:58, Mile 20: 3:02. It was very emotional, I never experienced pain to that extent before.
