Didn't feel great in the stomach today, so went out thinking I was just going to do a mile or two. Ran out towards the Shannon model homes, went down towards Breinigsville Park- down the road to the Diner until the dead end and came back home via Brookdale Road to the clubhouse. Felt ok, actually. A little tired, but not too bad.
