Treadmill

Notes

Ran 5 miles on the treadmill. Much improved from yesterday. My legs felt fine, no dead heavy legs. Ran about 3 miles at 8 minute pace or around there. Then did one mile at 6:58 pace- then ran another mile or so at 8 minute pace. Totalled 5.25 miles, although it was kind of all over the place. Great run.
