Barefoot Intervals.
Felt like caca - Upper body is super tight and lungs are all baked from flu, but I got through three without completely dying, although they sure weren't as fast as pre-flu. Oh well. Hopefully I make a good steady recovery.
Right ankle and calf were tight/tweaky, and left calf had its moments too. I was struggling to get into a good forward position and relax adequately.
