About me:
I'm a 40+ year old father of 3 cats(Fred, Rio& Hunter). I ran in high school and during my time in the Marine Corps. I also played rugby at a high level until I trashed my ACL in 1990. It took me 18 months to rehab(the surgery wasnt as easy back then as it is now). Looking to get back into somekind of shape after a 7 year lay off. |
