Meh...jogged over to CP, and ran some MP on the 1mile loop. I'm disappointed I didn't run further at MP (like 8 today), but as shitty as my legs felt...I must say I'm surprised to have done this much. Still readjusting back to big boy mileage. Plus, i'm not recovered from my HI races yet. So all in all, i'll take this one. Need to do some serious building on it though. And fast.
