Some road, some parking garages, and running up and down flights of stairs. Good solid effort, got 3rd place overall. First place was a guy that ran 16:27 solo at a 5k a few weeks ago, and second a guy that ran a 6:58 JFK 50 miler. I was ahead of them on the road segments, but got left behind on the stairs, up and down.
